im assuming your planing to have taskforces/opperations/dungeons/raids in some form in game and im assuming a few methods for initiating content, at least one method will of course be manually walking to door to que.
this is great for RP but can be a issue if its a long way to a particular piece of content or if its a new player lacking sense of direction.
i hope like many games one of the ways youll solve that with "mission sharing" (also maybe recall friend;) fingers crossed) global drop down ques or a series of mission launch hubs or portal rooms
another option thats also handy for "street sweeping teams" is a centeral portal or plane or some such (preferably in a major or each of the major social zones if multiple. hopefully also unlocked in supergroup base;) ) that teleports a team member to the team leader
by placing them in major social areas you keep player interaction much higher then people zoning to team leader from anywhere.
its also easy for new players to get directions to group up or catch up with team, making them feel less noobish and more willing to interact and continue interacting with people and generally facilitating a smooth teaming experience
