anyone any any idea when the servers will be back up?

The BIG patch is available and servers are up! Launch the game to update and play! If you have issues, uninstall and download/install again.

unable to load mono, how do i fix this?

Yes, I deleted the folder from my computer completely, the folder that was given on the Investor Alpha page. I removed the launcher from my computer and re-downloaded it, and I am still receving the same error message. Would it be from the 32bit instead of the 64? I am on a 64bit.

Ninthwndr, a few of us are experiencing this in a different thread.

It sounds like you've deleted the zip you've downloaded. Did you navigate to the where the error said the Mono was and see the actual installation of the game?

I deleted that and now i'm in the process of a proper patch.

Yeahup, it worked. I'm in game.

Follow that error to your real installation, delete that set of folders from the root and recreate them with a fresh alpha zip from the forums.
