I donated for the game yesterday and it has been 24 hours since I have done this. I have confirmed my email and even emailed support about this. They have not responded and I honestly do not know what to do at this point if I cannot even get a response from the support team. I gave them a fair amount of time and I realize they all have other full time jobs. Hopefully someone has helpful information on what steps to take next because I was really looking forward to playing this game.

I donated this past Saturday and I still have not received a email yet and contacted them twice and I have not heard anything back yet.

I understand your frustration and have passed your information on to the support team. Some of them are also working on the "post-patch patches" so please be patient and please do not start multiple threads when you have posted already. We pass all support requests on to the team.

If not then would be able to get a rebate? This is insane. Id like to play the game, but it seems like everyone has the same complaint. Something needs to be done, a mass email or a notification prior to donation so peoplr dont feel set up..

well i am giving it 3 days if i am not going to get any email from the devs or support to explain at least why its takes so long i will just make a refund request

Im just straight up mad about the fact their is no notification of any sort about a wait. Even on the front page or news. Nothing. It would be nice to know before we invest....

If you donated and did not get an email with information there are several things you should do:

1. Check your spam folder and see if the email is there
2. If no, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let them know (if you haven't already)
3. Whether you got the email or not, check the forums to see if you have access to the private Investor Discussion area as the download information is there

@MissGraham Someone is working on your issue and I should have an update shortly.

its working but what i am trying to understand why i can't take quests in the base/hub thing and why there is no basic attack as commander? i am just standing there while pets are attacking
